USAID, KP Star and IntraHealth visits WBCG Wellness Clinic

On 20 October, a high-level delegation from USAID Namibia, KP Star and IntraHealth Namibia paid a courtesy visit to the WBCG Wellness Clinic in Otjiwarongo. The delegation which was led by Ms. Cheryl Amoroso, PEPFAR Coordinator, included Mr. Mao Tjiroze, PEPFAR Deputy Coordinator, Mr. Olavi Tauya, USAID Regional Advisor for HIV Clinical Quality, and Ms. Isabel Mendes-Siyamba, IntraHealth Namibia’s KP-STAR Chief of Party. 

The visit’s goal was to review and observe HIV interventions for Key Populations (KPs) offered at the clinic, as well as to strengthen the capacity and sustainability of HIV interventions for KPs.
